摘要
对生姜品种进行了营养成分,结果表明,生姜品种之间的营养成分差异较大。针对其特点,可以进行不同产品的开发。
The nutrient composition of ginger cultivars has been studied,and the results showed that there are distinguished differences.According to their characters,different products are exploited.
