摘要
目前大学生中存在的诸多不良动机及党建教育工作中的体制建设及人才培养机制的滞后,在一定程度上已成为制约高校学生党员发展的瓶颈问题。正视现实,联系学生发展实际,转变党员发展观念,开拓创新,并在实践中整合社会、家庭、学校诸方面资源,通过一系列措施联合推动学生党员教育、发展和管理模式的改革,才能促进高校党建的良性发展。
At present,there are many bad students' motives of the party education system which lag behind the building of the personnel training mechanism.To a certain extent,it has become a bottleneck restricting the development of party members of college students.Facing the reality,the actual link with students,changing the concept of development,exploration and innovation,and social integration in practice,family,all aspects of school resources,through a series of joint measures encourage students to the education of party,accelerate development and management reform,and promote the healthy development of the party building.
