摘要
基于PMAC可编程多轴运动控制技术,利用多轴运动控制卡与函数库、VB或VC语言编制运动轨迹等技术,设计了在PC机控制下,驱动2轴或更多轴的步进电机与交流数字伺服电机,按照编程预定的运动轨迹及运动参数作伺服运动的控制系统。该系统可完成直线、圆弧等任意轨迹的插补运动,给出的硬件与软件设计方法也可用于机器人、雕刻机及专用数控机床的开发。
Based on the programmable multi-axis controller(PMAC) technology and using a moving control card and its function base,etc.,a PC controlled system to drive multi-axis stepping motors or AC numerical servomotors according to the predefined moving paths and the parameters set for the servo-movement is designed in this article.The moving control can be achieved by programming VB or VC.This system can fulfill the tasks of interpolation movements such as straight line,arc or any other path.The hardware and software designs of the system can also be used in developing robots,CNC carving machines or CNC machinery of special purpose.
