摘要
目的:探讨护理程序在甲状腺功能亢进患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:对150例甲状腺功能亢进患者运用护理程序进行健康教育,将健康教育前后调查结果进行对比分析。结果:实施健康教育后甲状腺功能亢进患者定时复查、按时服药、合理饮食、适当运动、预防感染、自我护理与实施健康教育前相比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运用护理程序进行健康教育,可减少甲状腺功能亢进患者并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of nursing program in the health education for patient with hyperthreosis.Methods: Health education was carried out in the light of the designed nursing program for 150 patients with hyperthreosis,and results of investigation were analyzed comparatively according to the data collected before and after health education.Results: There was significant difference in the comparison of such respects as regular control check,dosing in time,scientific diet,adequate excises,prevention of infection and nursing care by self(P<0.01).Conclusion: Health education with designed nursing program can decreases complication of patients with hyperthreosis.
