猪内源性粪氮损失影响因素的研究进展 被引量:4

Recent Advances in Studies of Factors Affecting Endogenous Ileal Nitrogen Loss in Pigs

摘要 回肠内源氮或内源性粪氮损失是影响蛋白质表观消化率、增加动物粪氮排泄量的重要因素。本文对猪采食量、体重、生理状态、饲粮抗营养因子、蛋白质数量和类型、日粮纤维以及肠道细菌等因素对回肠内源氮或内源性粪氮损失影响的研究进展进行了综述。 Endogenous nitrogen loss in digestive gut is an important factor affecting apparent digestibility of protein and increasing feces nitrogen excrement.Endogenous nitrogen loss is affected by some factors,such as feed intake,body weight,physiological state,anti-nutritional factors content,dietary protein level and protein type,dietary fiber and bacteria in gut.The article reviewed the recent advance in studies of these factors affecting endogenous ileal nitrogen loss in pigs.
