免耕及覆盖对土壤纤维素分解强度和纤维素分解菌的影响 被引量:13

Effects of cover and no-tillage on soil cellulose-decomposing bacterium population and cellulose decomposition intensity

摘要 在甘肃定西田间定位试验,采用埋片法和平板表面涂抹法测定土壤纤维素分解强度和纤维素分解菌数量,研究不同覆盖及耕作制度下对土壤纤维素分解强度和纤维素分解菌数量的影响。结果表明:轮作次序对土壤纤维素分解强度和纤维素分解菌数量均影响不大,免耕结合秸秆覆盖的纤维素分解菌数量比传统耕作提高39.7%-95.2%,免耕结合地膜覆盖比传统耕作高出11.9%-79.0%,而纤维素分解强度在个别土层虽然与其他处理有显著差异,但是处理之间效果不显著。纤维素分解菌主要集中在表层,随着土层的加深纤维素分解菌数逐渐减少,纤维素分解强度由于水热条件、气候等因素的限制,在0-5 cm表层土中最小,总体表现出纤维素分解菌多的土壤表层,纤维素分解强度最弱。 Effects of different cover and the cropping system to soil cellulose decomposition intensity and the cellulose-decomposing bacterium population were carried out by using buries the piece law and plate colony count methods at the experiment station in Dingxi,Gansu Province.The results show that soil cellulose decomposition intensity and cellulose-decomposing bacterium population have little change under different crop rotation order;cellulosedecomposing bacterium population is higher than 39.7%~95.2% and 11.9%~79.0% respectively under treatment of no-till with straw cover and no-till with plastic mulch compared to the traditional cultivation,however,cellulose decomposition intensity have no significant difference among treatments although there are remarkable difference with layers in some treatments;The number of soil cellulose-decomposing bacterium greatly varies with soil depth,that is the number is much higher within 0~10 cm than that within 10~30 cm,but cellulose decomposition intensity is lowest in the soil surface layer.
