摘要
锅炉飞灰含碳量是反映火力发电厂燃煤锅炉燃烧效率的一项重要指标,实时检测飞灰含碳量将有利于指导运行正确调整风煤比,提高锅炉燃烧控制水平;合理控制飞灰含碳量的指标,有利于降低发电成本,提高机组运行的经济性。介绍了失重法在线飞灰测碳装置能实时检测飞灰的含碳量,其测量精度高、维护方便、运行可靠,而且其测量精度不受煤种变化的影响,这一特性使其完全适应目前国内火力发电厂燃煤煤种变化大的现状,具有极高的推广应用价值。广东粤电集团云浮发电厂4号炉通过该装置的投运,在燃烧优化调整过程中能及时获得实时、准确的飞灰含碳量数据,显著地提高了机组运行的燃煤效率和经济性。
Carbon content in fly ash is an important index reflecting burning efficiency of coal-fired boiler in power plant,real time measurement of the carbon content in fly ash helps to adjust air-coal ratio accurately and improve the control level of burning.Controlling the carbon content target in a reasonable range contributes to reducing the cost of electricity generation and improving the economic efficiency.The on-line carbon content measuring device for fly ash based on weightlessness method is introduced,as well as its characters including high precision,convenient maintenance and steady running,the device is popular because its precision is unacted on coal sort which adapt to the actuality of coal sort's great variety in power plant.The device used in No.2 boiler in Yunfu Power Plant of YUE Electric Group Co.Ltd.can afford accurate and real-time carbon content data,which improved the burning efficiency evidently.
