摘要
回顾了变电站自动化系统的发展历程,介绍了当前变电站自动化系统的技术特点及应用现状,指出了变电站自动化技术先进性与实用性、可靠性的协调,站内通信可靠性和标准化,变电站的设计规范和要求,自动化系统的现场调试及验收规范、设备定期校验和运行维护管理等方面存在的一些问题。
This paper reviews the development process of substation automatic system,and introduces its technology features and application status,and points out some problems on the following aspects: harmony of advanced,availability and reliability of the substation automatic technology,the reliability and standardization of inner station communication,design specifications and requirements of substation,site commissioning and acceptance specification of the substation automatic system,regular check and operation & maintenance management of the equipments.These problems should be paid attention to in every relevant respect and every work should be improved availably to make sure that the substation automatic technology can play a better role in safe and steady operation of the electric power grid.
