摘要
本文根据DEA的思路,建立了公共财政支持科技产业发展的效率评价体系,以全国30个地区为例,综合分析了公共财政支持科技产业发展的效率,并对非DEA有效的地区进行投影分析,对改进方向提出相应的建议,以期为我国公共财政支持科技产业的发展提供思考。
By building a performance appraisal indicator system and applying the C2R model,the performance for supporting sci-tech industry development by public finance in 30 Chinese cities are respectively appraised,which contributes to better knowledge of the relative efficiency in this respect.The several helpful suggestions about in which way the public finance will promote the development of sci-tech industry is made.
