摘要
目的:建立白芍配方颗粒提取工艺。方法:运用正交试验对4个影响因素的影响作用进行检验。结果:正交试验中以芍药苷提取率作为主要考察指标,A(提取温度)因素>D(提取次数)>B(提取时间)>C(加水量)。白芍配方颗粒优选提取工艺条件为A3B2C2D2,即药材加10倍量水,浸泡30min,在100℃提取1h,共提取2次。结论:该提取工艺为白芍配方颗粒标准化生产提供了参考。
Objective: To establish an extraction process of Baishao Peifang granules. Method: An orthorhombic experiment was carried out to test the effects of four factors. Result: In the orthorhombic experiment of the extraction, Paeoniflorin was a main index. The four factors were A (decocting temperature)>B (decocting frequency)>C (decocting time)>D (water volume). The optimum extraction process was A3B2C2D2, i.e. 10 times water to the medical material, 30min. for soaking, extracting at 1000C/h for twice. Conclusion: The technology can be used for industrial production.
