摘要
目的:观察皮质类固醇激素曲安奈德益康唑霜治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的疗效及安全性。方法:对45例湿疹皮炎患者采用曲安奈德益康唑霜外搽,2次/d;观察3周,并记录皮损变化情况。结果:2周后,总痊愈率为51.1%(23/45),总显效率为31.1%(14/45),总好转率为15.6%(7/45),总无效率为2.2%(1/45),总有效率为82.2%(37/45);湿疹组痊愈率为64.0%(16/25),神经性皮炎组痊愈率为35.0%(7/20)。3周后,总痊愈率为62.2%(28/45),总显效率为26.7%(12/45),总好转率为11.1%(5/45),总无效率为0.0%(0/45),总有效率为率为88.9%(40/45);湿疹组痊愈率为72.0%(18/25),神经性皮炎组痊愈率为50.0%(10/20)。治疗2周与3周后,总有效率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);湿疹组与神经性皮炎组之间,痊愈率相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:曲安奈德益康唑霜治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病疗效好,起效快,副作用小,值得临床应用。
Objective:To observe the therapeautic effect and safety of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in treating eczema and dermatitis.Methods:45 cases with eczema and dermatitis were observed.Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream was applied to the lesions twice a day.the changes of lesions was relorded during the period of 3-week therapy.Results:Two weeks later,the total cure rate was 51.1%(23/45),the total markedly improvement rate was 31.1%(14/45),the total improvement rate was 15.6%(7/45),the total ineffective rate was 2.2%(1/45),the total effective rate was 82.2%(37/45);In the eczema group,the cure rate was 64.0%(16/25);in the dermatitis group,the total cure rate was 35.0%(7/20).Three weeks later,the total cure rate was 62.2%(28/45),the total markedly improvement rate was 26.7%(12/45),the total improvement rate was 11.1%(5/45),the total ineffective rate was 0.0%(0/45),the total effective rate was 88.9%(40/45);In the eczema group,the cure rate was 72.0%(18/25),in the dermatitis group,the total cure rate was 50.0%(10/20).There was no significant difference between the the total effective rates after treating 2 weeks and 3 weeks(P>0.05).It was also found that there was no significant difference between the cure rates after treating 2 weeks and 3 weeks between the the eczema group and the dermatitis group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream is effective and safe in treating eczema and dermatitis.
