摘要
两线制多路远传温度监测仪主要用于多点温度的监测,介绍了利用两线制输出回路供电方式组成多路远传温度监测仪的设计方法,通过方案对比,重点阐述了两线制的优点,以及以MSP430单片机为核心的硬件设计,阐述了相关的硬件和DCS组态的设计方法。采用这种测量方案,只需两根导线,便可实现多点温度的监测。具有高性能、低价格、智能型、抗干扰、两线制信号传输、现场显示LED、防水、防尘等满足现场安装的要求,为多点温度的监测提供了一个新的途径。
Two-wired multi-channel remote temperature monitor is mainly used for monitoring temperature of multiple measured points. The design method for multi-channel remote temperature monitor based on power supply from two-wired output loop is introduced. Through comparison of some schemes, the advantages of two-wired system are described. The hardware design with MSP430 single chip computer as the core, and the design method for related hardware and DCS configuration are expounded. With this measuring method, only two wires are needed to realize multi-point temperature monitoring. The device offers many advantages suitable for field installation, e.g. high performance, low cost, intelligent type, anti-interference, two-wired signal transmission, in-site display LED, waterproof, dustproof, etc. The instrument provides a new path for multi-point temperature monitoring.
