边底水驱油藏可动凝胶调驱研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对复杂断块边底水驱油藏含水上升快、多轮次调剖费用高的问题提出了可动凝胶调驱技术。通过数值模拟和物理模拟研究,确定了最佳注入井网、注入方式、注入段塞尺寸以及不同开发方式提高采收率潜力与经济效益关系。研究表明,4口井注入井网的见效井较多,提高采收率32.2个百分点,注入相同PV数情况下2口井注入井网见效井较少,提高采收率28.7个百分点;多级段塞注入方式提高采收率幅度高于单段塞注入方式;在非均质严重的油藏,在实施可动凝胶调驱前有必要进行先期调剖,调剖后可动凝胶调驱开发油藏最终提高采收率26.01个百分点,而可动凝胶调驱开发油藏可最终提高采收率23.15个百分点。该技术可提高边底水驱油藏开发效果。 Technology of cross-linked polymer drive control presented according to the problems of water percentage rising quickly and high expense of multi-cycle profile control in edgy and bottom water driving reservoir of complex fault block. Through simulation research of value and physical, the best injection well network, injection way, injection slug size as well as the relations between enhancing recovery rate potential in different development way and the economic efficiency are determined. The findings indicated that, four-well injection network has more operated well than two-well injection network, recovery rate of the former increased by 32.2% while that of the latter increased by 28.7%, on the same injection PV numbers condition, multistage slug injection way is higher than one slug injection pattern in enhancing recovery rate, In serious heterogeneous reservoir, preceding profile control is necessary before cross-linked polymer implementation because recovery rate is increased by 26.01% by cross-linked polymer drive after profile control while recovery rate is increased by 23.15% by that without profile control. The research indicates that the technology may enhance development effect of the edgy and bottom water drive reservoir.
