摘要
我国现行的全过程工程造价管理方法和西方国家现行的全生命周期工程造价管理方法都具有各自的优势和不足,应吸取全生命周期工程造价管理方法的优点弥补全过程工程造价管理方法的不足,不断完善我国的建设项目工程造价管理方法。
We perform the Whole Process Cost Management(WPCM) method in domestic,while the western countries carry out the Life Cycle Cost Management(LCCM) method.Both of the WPCM method and the LCCM method have their advantages and disadvantages respectively.We should absorb the advantages of the LCCM method to further improve our WPCM method,and make the WPCM method more practicable.
