摘要
简述了汽车主减速器齿轮的简化振动模型和振动与噪声的关系,利用噪声所携带的故障信息,提出一种利用虚拟仪器对主减速器的结构振动加速度信号进行采集、功率谱分析和故障检测的监测系统。此系统在生产线上能够科学有效地检测主减速器的早期故障,从而有针对性地采取检修措施,确保主减速器的产品质量,提高传动性能,同时还可以达到降噪目的。
This paper discusses the model of gear and the relation of vibration and noise according to the simplified vibration model of final drive in automobile,presents a monitoring system based on virtual instrument.The system has three functions: acquiring acceleration signals of vibration,analyzing power spectrum and diagnosing final drive fault.It can be used to assembly line to detect the early fault of final drive so as to repair in time and avoid the subsequent fatal damage.Furthermore it can not only denoise but also improve the quality and the transmission performance of final drive.
