摘要
简要介绍了数字图书馆的概念,探讨了数字图书馆建设中应考虑的问题,提出了建设数字图书馆的具体措施。
This paper firstly introduces the concept of digital library in brief,and then discusses the issues in building the digital library which should be taken into consideration,finally attempts to put forward concrete measures to be taken.
