摘要
目前,高职院校教师权威性下降,师生关系较以前弱化。构建新型师生关系是提高高职教育教学质量的重要一环,也是进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的内在要求。创新思想政治工作,能够有力地促进高职院校新型师生关系的建立,而新型师生关系的构建必然会进一步推动思想政治工作的创新。
Nowadays,the overall student-teacher relationship in higher professional college is harmonious.However,the phenomenon of relationship weakening has shown in varying degrees of tension and indifference between students and teachers and the main reason is that the authority of the teachers has descended.Effective ways of constructing such a new type of relationship between students and teachers are innovating the content and method of ideological and political work,improving the comprehensive quality of teachers and students,ameliorating student-teacher relations and improving higher professional educational quality.
