摘要
以中国电信产业发展和管制改革为背景,在案例分析的基础上,通过实证研究,试图找出中国电信产业制度变迁的驱动因素,并建立相应的模型,以探讨中国电信产业制度变迁的路径和驱动。
The paper conducts an empirical research on institution transition in China telecommunication industry,and tries to find a model to describe the driving factors and the path of the reform of telecommunication industry in China.
