摘要
为实施完成《大学生体质健康标准》测试工作,对湖南文理学院03级和06级国家计划统招学生的身体形态、机能和身体素质进行规范性测试工作,获得了学生体质健康现状的基本资料.结果表明,湖南文理学院统招学生体质测试总平均成绩76分,及格率98.6%,良好率不足46%,说明学生体质健康状况总体水平不高,与《标准》要求尚有距离.为此,提出了增强学生体质必须重视身体素质,改善和提高身体形态机能的基础条件以及再认识等建议.
Hunan University of Arts and Science has completed the to the students’ constitutions, functions and physique of year 03 and 06 in order to carry out the work of Students’ Physique Health Standard (STANDARD as its abbreviation as below), and some basic information of the situation of the tested studens’ physique and health has been clear up.
