摘要
安全文化管理是高风险生产企业进行安全管理的重要措施之一。文章从企业安全文化的概念构思、概念测量、评价技术和实施模式四个研究议题入手,分析和评述了国内外关于企业安全文化研究的基本现状和进展,指出了国内相关研究亟需解决的问题,为国内关于安全文化的研究提供借鉴。
Safety culture Management is one of the most important ways for enterprise with high product risk in safety management.Based on the review on four main issues of safety culture management research,namely concept construct,measurement,assessment techniques,and implement models,this paper analyzes the present status and development in overseas and domestic research on this subject,and points out some problems.The purpose is to provide a reference for the researcher in our country.
