三个酿酒葡萄品种嫁接在520A砧木上的栽培表现 被引量:23

摘要 以520A为砧木,梅鹿特、赤霞珠、贵人香为接穗,研究了它们嫁接后的栽培表现。结果表明:赤霞珠,梅鹿特嫁接于520A后,新梢生长量、叶绿素含量和自由水/束缚水的值均显著高于其自根苗,穗重、果实糖含量和可溶性固形物含量低于自根苗,有机酸含量高于自根苗;贵人香嫁接于520A后,新梢生长量、自由水/束缚水的值和穗重均下降,而叶绿素含量、果实糖含量和有机酸含量均显著高于自根苗。 Growth performance of three wine grape cultivars Merlot Noir, Pinot Chardonnay and Italy Riesling were studied after they were grafted on 520A (Vitis berlandieri ×Vitis riparia). The results indicated as follows: for Merlot Noir and Pinot chardonnay, the shoot length, chlorophyll content, ratio of free water to bound water and content of organismal acid increased, the cluster weight, sugar content of fruit and content of soluble solid decreased.
