摘要
无氰预浸可提高镀液深镀能力与分散能力,及镀层结合力。介绍了钾盐镀锌前,在镀液各组分质量分数为标准配方的120%~150%的溶液中预浸的方法,并从理论上分析了其原理。指出了手工进行预浸操作时应注意的事项。给出了预浸在钢铁件镀无氰碱铜、锌压铸件直接镀焦磷酸铜、含铅的锌合金件镀镍及HEDP镀铜中的应用实例。
Cyanide-free pre-immersion can improve covering power and throwing power as well as the adhesion strength of coating. A method was introduced of pre-immersing workpiece in a bath with components of plating bath at 120%-150% of the bath’s standard mass concentrations prior to potassium salt Zn plating.
