摘要
为开发桑叶资源,采用安徽农业大学桑树品种园中5个主要品种叶片,加工成桑叶茶。利用氨基酸自动分析仪测得5种品种桑叶茶中15种氨基酸。每个桑树品种中,7种人体必需氨基酸约占15种氨基酸总量的40%左右。g-氨基丁酸的含量最你低的湖桑9001为142.75mg/g;最高的广东桑为227.00m/100g。表明桑叶茶中含有较丰富的氨基酸成分。
In order to develop mulberry resources, we selected five important cultivars from mulberry garden of Anhui Agricultural University, and processed their leaves into mulberry teas. Fifteen kinds of amino acids were determined by means of amino acid automatic analytic apparatus. In every tea, the percentage of seven kinds of necessary amino acids occupied total content of fifteen kinds of amino acids was 40%. And GABA contents in above mulberry cultivars were 157.60, 170.07, 164.56, 142.75 and 227.00mg /100g, ...
