中频电磁搅拌下合金熔体所受Lorentz力的计算及实验研究 被引量:1

Calculation and experimental study of Lorentz force in alloy melt under electromagnetic stirring on intermediate frequency

摘要 对电磁场的准确计算是合理确定电磁搅拌工艺参数、充分发挥电磁搅拌效能的前提.基于Maxwell方程组,用解析近似法求得了圆电流和单匝螺线管激发的电磁场,并由此计算了合金熔体所受的Lorentz力.结果表明,合金熔体的表面层(厚度约为趋肤深度δ)同时受到约束力、切向力以及悬浮力的共同作用,最终引起合金熔体的轴向搅动和平面内的旋转流动.相关的实验结果也与本结论符合.
