摘要
为探讨滇产粗根荨麻不同部位的镇痛抗炎活性,并作有效部位筛选,本文采用醋酸扭体法和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀模型筛选有效部位。正丁醇部分(200 mg/kg)对醋酸诱发小鼠扭体有抑制作用与空白及溶媒对照组比较(P<0.05);水部分(100,200,400 mg/kg)对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用,与空白及溶媒对照组比较(P<0.01);正丁醇部分(400 mg/kg)可减轻角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀,与空白及溶媒对照组比较(P<0.05)。滇产粗根荨麻正丁醇部分有一定的镇痛抗炎作用,水部分具较强抗炎作用。
