东北老工业基地发展工业旅游,优势:有着丰富的工业旅游资源;劣势:观念亟待转变,缺少统一战略性的规划;机遇:中央振兴东北老工业基地政策的契机,经济社会的不断发展;威胁:工业旅游市场竞争、秩序的不规范。建议产品的具体构建模式:名牌企业工业旅游模式;高新工业园区工业旅游模式;工业博览与商务旅游合作开发模式;各种旅游资源组合开发模式。
Developing the industrial tourism in the northeast old industrial bases,its advantages:the rich source of industrial tourism;its disadvantages:the lack of unified strategic plan;its opportunities:the special good policy from the state and the rapid economic development in progress;its threatenings:the competition in the industrial tourism market is out of order.Suggestions for products:the famous brand model;high-tech industrial project model;the industrial exhibition and the business tourism's cooperation model;various tourism resources' development model.
