摘要
采用光谱法对不同产地金莲花中总黄酮的含量进行测定,最大吸收波长为510 nm,黄酮浓度在0～56 μg/ mL范围内呈线性关系,方法回收率为93.8%～98.8%,变异系数小于0.19%.结果表明该法简便、快速、准确可行.
Spectrophotometry method was improved for the determination of total flavonoids in Flos Trollii from different localities.The maximum absorbance is at 510 nm.The linear range of determination is 0~56 μg/mL.The recovery is 93.8%~98.8% and the coefficient of variation is 0.19%.The result indicates that this method is simple,fast,accurate and feasible.
