摘要
环境的恶化、能源的竭泽,警示人们在享受物质文明的同时,必须关心自然,爱护生态,在与人类生存和发展息息相关的建筑领域更是如此。因此绿色建筑成为可持续发展战略的必然选择。文章从绿色建筑概念出发,结合对绿色建筑与可持续发展及环境的关系的理性分析,指出了我国在绿色建筑方面存在的问题,提出了在法制方面保障绿色建筑良性发展的几点建议。
