摘要
发展志愿服务事业是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要举措,由于志愿服务理念不普及,志愿组织的管理、运作不规范,活动资金严重短缺,影响了我国志愿服务事业的发展,必须从政府与志愿组织本身寻找构建志愿服务体系的长效机制政府应从法律制度层面为志愿服务组织的成立、发展提供宽松的法制环境,志愿服务组织要强化自身建设。
volunteer service cause is influenced by the unpopularity of the idea,the non-regularization of management and operation and lack of fun.To construct the long-effective mechanism should start from the government and volunteer organizations.The government should provide the legal surroundings for the establishment,development of the organizations and the organizations should strengthen self-construction.
