Chinas water resources have been in a state of shortage and uneven distribution from north to south. Meanwhile, the utilization of water resources and flood control has been the key points restricting Chinas social and economic development. Therefore, it is very important for Chinas development and social progress to strengthen hydrology and water resources management and do a good job in flood control and disaster reduction. Based on this, this paper analyzes the role of hydrology and water resources management in urban flood control and disaster reduction, the present situation of hydrology and water resources management and urban flood control and disaster reduction in China, the promotion goal of flood control and disaster reduction and the promotion measures of hydrology and water resources management.China has rich land geographical data, but the underwater terrain data is relatively monotonous. In terms of underwater topographic data acquisition, the unmanned survey ship system has shown its advantages, which has been widely used in underwater topographic survey, maximizing the quality and efficiency of underwater topographic survey. This paper mainly expounds the practical application and data processing and analysis of unmanned ships in underwater topographic measurement. Through it, the application can avoid the hidden safety problems in the measurement, and then promote the overall improvement of the accuracy and work efficiency of underwater topographic measurement.
