The inevitable problem of engineering change during the period of engineering construction will directly result in the increase of construction cost and increase the burden of financial expenditure on the government and the people. In order to reduce the impact of engineering change on municipal engineering cost management, the article will start with the causes of its emergence, focusing on a number of coping methods for the industry to explore.
