摘要
The production environment of chemical industry is relatively special, the integration of automation concept, as well as the development and application of automation equipment, effectively improve the production environment of chemical enterprises, improve the efficiency of chemical production. In the process of automation development, the contribution of automatic instrument can not be ignored, and the negative impact of the failure of automatic instrument on production practice has been highly concerned by the chemical industry. This paper discusses the overhaul and maintenance of automatic instruments in chemical industry. On the basis of briefly discussing the importance of overhaul and maintenance of automatic instruments, the overhaul methods and preventive maintenance strategies are discussed.
