摘要
Objective: to explore the nursing methods of laparoscopic permanent colostomy after surgery for rectal cancer. Methods: the clinical data of 89 patients with postoperative colorectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were collected. The control group received 43 cases of conventional nursing, and 46 cases of prescription incentive nursing were included in the observation group. After 1 month of nursing, the scores of PIH and GSEs were compared between the two groups. Results: after nursing, PIH scores in both groups were lower than before and observation group was lower than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);After nursing, the GSES scores in both groups were higher than before, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the prescription incentive nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability and self-efficacy of rectal cancer patients with postoperative colostomy.
