摘要
运用文献研究、问卷调查等方法 ,对浙江省中学课余运动训练现状进行研究。结果表明 ,运动项目布局不合理、运动训练的科学化程度不高以及管理体制不顺等问题制约了课余运动训练的质量。转变观念 ,强化“体、教结合” ,理顺输送渠道 ,提高运动训练的科学化水平是今后应采取的基本对策。
