摘要
静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是关节置换围手术期严重的并发症。目前临床上对于术后血栓形成已经给予足够的重视,但是对于术前血栓相关报道较少,因此,本研究拟查阅文献对髋膝关节置换术前VTE发生率以及诊治进展作一综述。
Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a serious complication of joint replacement in perioperative period.At present,sufficient attention has been paid to postoperative thrombosis in clinical practice,but there are few reports about preoperative thrombosis.This article intended to review the incidence of VTE before hip and knee arthroplasty as well as the progress in diagnosis and treatment.
