摘要
目的对比3D打印个别托盘与光固化个别托盘在全口义齿中的临床应用效果。方法将38例全口无牙颌患者随机分为2组,A组采用3D打印个别托盘,B组采用传统光固化个别托盘分别制作全口义齿,3个月后比较2组患者全口义齿修复在美观度、语音、固位、咀嚼功能和舒适性方面的效果。结果A组个别托盘制作时间(31.54±2.68)min,短于B组的(36.82±3.13)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组在美观度和语音功能方面差异无统计学意义,但在全口义齿的固位功能、咀嚼功能及舒适性方面A组明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用3D打印技术制作的个别托盘不仅在制作及临床操作用时减少、节省印模及模型材料,同时具有良好的修复效果,在全口义齿的修复治疗中值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of three-dimensional(3D)printed custom impression trays and manually made trays with photocurable materials in complete denture restoration.Methods Thirty-eight maxillary edentulous patients were randomly divided into two groups:A and B.Group A used 3D printed custom impression trays,and group B used manually made trays with photocurable materials in complete denture restoration.Three months later,the aesthetics,speech,retention,and masticatory functions,and comfort of the complete denture were compared between the two groups.Results The individual tray fabrication time in group A[(31.54±2.68)min]was shorter than that in group B[(36.82±3.13)min].There were no significant differences in aesthetics or speech function between the two groups,but the retention function,mastication function,and comfort of the complete denture in group A were significantly better than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of 3D printing technology to produce individual trays not only reduces the time of production and clinical operation,and saves impressions and model materials,but also has good restorative effect.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion in full denture prosthetic treatment.
