病毒性肺炎合并侵袭性肺曲霉病的研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of viral pneumonia complicated with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

摘要 病毒性肺炎的地方性流行或全球大流行给人类健康带来严峻挑战。近年来,越来越多的研究发现,病毒性肺炎患者容易继发侵袭性肺曲霉病。而后者的出现,会导致患者不良预后甚至死亡的风险大幅提升,严重威胁患者生命,并给临床诊疗带来新的挑战。本文旨在深入阐述病毒性肺炎合并侵袭性肺曲霉病的流行病学、发病机制、诊断、治疗和预防。 The endemic or global pandemic of viral pneumonia brings severe challenges to human health.Increasing studies in recent years have found that patients with viral pneumonia are susceptible to secondary invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.The latter's emergence will significantly increase the risk of poor prognosis and even death.Seriously,it will threaten patients'lives and bring new challenges to clinical diagnosis and treatment.We discusse the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of viral pneumonia with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in this review.
