摘要
目的调查山西省八二九坍塌事故相关人员心理状况及影响因素。方法对68名在山西省某三甲医院接受治疗的八二九坍塌事故相关人员,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、斯坦福急性应激反应问卷(SASRQ)、抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)进行调查。结果26.50%的人员高度存在急性应激障碍,70.59%存在抑郁情绪,64.71%存在焦虑情绪;急性应激反应总分在性别上有统计学意义(P<0.05),抑郁总分在性别、职业、月收入、与事件发生点距离上有统计学意义(P<0.05),焦虑总分在性别、年龄、月收入、与事件发生距离上有统计学意义(P<0.05);SASRQ总分及各维度均与抑郁、焦虑得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论突发性坍塌事件发生后,尤其要关注女性、离事故中心距离近、无业人员。
Objective To investigate the psychological status and influencing factors of people involved in the August 29 collapse accident in Shanxi Province.Methods The self-designed general data questionnaire,Stanford acute stress response questionnaire(SASRQ),Patient health questionnaire depression(PHQ-9),and generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)were used to investigate 68 people involved in the August 29 collapse accident who were treated in a third grade A hospital in Shanxi Province.Results 26.50%of the staff had high level of acute stress disorder,70.59%had depression,and 64.71%had anxiety.The total score of acute stress reaction was statistically significant in gender(P<0.05),the total score of depression was statistically significant in gender,occupation,monthly income and distance from the event point(P<0.05),and the total score of anxiety was statistically significant in gender,age,monthly income and distance from the event point(P<0.05).The total score and each dimension of SASRQ were positively correlated with the scores of depression and anxiety(P<0.01).Conclusion After the sudden collapse,special attention should be paid to women,people close to the accident center and unemployed.
