摘要
脑卒中具有较高的致残率和致死率,严重威胁人类健康。尽早对脑卒中患者进行积极有效的康复干预可以减少致残的发生,提高患者生活及生存质量。随着科技的发展,虚拟现实、康复机器人、镜像疗法、非侵入性脑刺激、迷走神经刺激等技术在医学领域不断涌现,促进了康复医学的发展。现对以上技术在脑卒中康复治疗中的进展进行综述。
Stroke severely threatens human health due to its high disability and fatality rate.Active and effective rehabilitation intervention for stroke patients as early as possible can reduce the occurrence of disability and improve patients'life and quality of life.With the development of science and technology,virtual reality,rehabilitation robots,mirror therapy,non-invasive brain stimulation,vagus nerve stimulation,and other technologies continue to emerge in the medical field promoting the development of rehabilitation medicine.This paper reviews the progress of the above techniques in stroke rehabilitation.
