摘要
直肠癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,且术后容易发生转移,转移可分为局部转移及远处转移,但发生在术后5年以上的多次寡转移临床较少见。本文介绍1例直肠癌术后5年的多发寡转移病例,就其临床特点和治疗方法进行治疗,以期为临床提供参考。
Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract,and it is prone to metastasis after operation.Metastasis can be divided into local metastasis and distant metastasis,but repeatedly oligometastases occurring more than 5 years after operation are rare.This paper introduces a case of repeatedly oligometastasis of rectal cancer 5 years after operation,which provides clinical exploration.The clinical characteristics and treatment methods of this case are reported as follows.
