摘要
干细胞治疗已在器官修复和组织再生领域发挥重要作用,特别是对某些重大疾病及临床上疑难杂症的治疗和缓解具有重要意义,有较为广阔的应用前景。本文就干细胞治疗先天性巨结肠的可行性与研究进展进行综述。
Playing a vital role in the field of organ repair and tissue regeneration,stem cell therapy is indicated for the treatment and remission of some major diseases and difficult diseases.It has a broad range of application prospects.This review summarized the latest researches of stem cell therapy for Hirschsprung's disease.
