摘要
医疗服务共同体的建设是国家深化医药卫生体制改革的一项重点工作,是解决当前医疗资源配置不均、看病难、看病贵,建立分级诊疗制度的一种新模式。广州天河龙洞医院集团结合自身优势,整合了集团旗下14家医疗机构和医护资源。由此,形成以广州天河龙洞医院为首,集医院、社区卫生服务中心、护理院等为一体的紧密型区域内医疗服务共同体,实现了特色鲜明的“四个一体化”管理模式,推动了基层医疗技术水平和服务质量与三级甲等医院同质化发展。
The construction of the medical service communities is a key focus of the nation's efforts to deepen healthcare system reform.It represents a new model for establishing a tiered healthcare system and addressing the current uneven distribution of medical resources,difficulties in accessing healthcare,and high medical costs.Guangzhou Tianhe Longdong Hospital group,leveraging its own advantages,has integrated resources from 14 medical institutions and healthcare professionals within the group.As a result,it has established a close-knit regional medical service community led by Guangzhou Tianhe Longdong Hospital,encompassing hospitals,community health service centers,nursing homes,and more.This has achieved a distinctive'Four Integration'management model,promoting the homogenization of primary healthcare technology levels and service quality with tertiary top-grade hospitals.
