应重视腰椎退变性侧凸畸形的精准诊断及治疗 被引量:1

Importance of the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients with lumbar degenerative scoliosis

摘要 人口老龄化背景下腰椎退变性侧凸畸形患病率逐年升高,如何进行合理的临床诊疗逐渐成为脊柱外科领域的热点问题。本文就退变性脊柱畸形诊疗中的症状鉴别、脊柱序列平衡重建、融合节段选择、临床疗效评价等焦点问题进行论述,旨在进一步推动退变性脊柱畸形的精准诊断及治疗。 Under the background of aging population,the incidence of degenerative lumbar scoliosis is increasing year by year.How to conduct reasonable clinical diagnosis and treatment has gradually become a hot topic in the field of spinal surgery.This article discusses the key issues in the diagnosis and treatment of degenerative spinal deformities,including symptom differentiation,spinal alignment reconstruction,fusion level selection,and clinical efficacy evaluation.The aim is to further promote the accurate diagnosis and treatment of degenerative spinal deformities.
