摘要
随着越来越多的人选择通过角膜屈光手术来摆脱眼镜的束缚,对于手术可能影响角膜神经的关注度也相应升高。角膜屈光手术会对角膜神经造成损伤,导致角膜敏感度异常、眼睛干涩等不良反应。此外,不同的角膜屈光手术方式都可能对角膜神经的变化产生不同程度的影响。共聚焦显微镜具有高分辨率和三维成像能力,可以直观地观察角膜神经纤维结构的变化,这对于深入探索角膜屈光手术后角膜神经变化的机制具有重要意义。为此,本综述回顾了现有的研究,旨在揭示各种手术方法的优点和潜在的神经损伤风险。
As an increasing number of individuals opt for corneal refractive surgery to free themselves from the constraints of glasses,there is heightened concern about the potential impact of the procedure on corneal nerves.Corneal refractive surgeries can damage the corneal nerves,leading to adverse reactions such as abnormal corneal sensitivity and dry eyes.Moreover,different types of corneal refractive surgeries might influence corneal nerve changes to varying degrees.Confocal microscopy,with its high-resolution and three-dimensional imaging capabilities,offers a direct view of changes in the structure of corneal nerve fibers.This is crucial for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of corneal nerve changes post-surgery.This review revisits existing studies,aiming to highlight the advantages of various surgical methods and their potential risks for nerve damage.
