摘要
区块链是一种去中心化、不可篡改、可以追溯、公开透明、安全可信、集体维护、分布式的数据库技术,广泛地用于商业、金融、医学等各个领域。在医学领域,各个利益相关者正在积极探索区块链,以降低成本、优化业务流程、提高合规性并更好地利用医疗相关数据改善患者健康状况。本文综述了区块链在医疗卫生领域的应用与潜在发展,包括医疗信息的存储与共享,辅助医疗供应链与可追溯管理,辅助医疗物联网、临床应用与医学研究,集合人工智能(AI)与大数据,辅助传染病的防治与管理。使用大数据作为平台,辅以AI相关技术,鼓励医生、护士,以及生物技术和其他医疗机构参与进来,为支持、优化、加速和促进医疗健康提供手段。
Blockchain is a collectively maintained and distributed database technology that is decentralized,immutable,traceable,open,transparent,secure,and trusted.It is widely used in business,finance,medicine and other fields.In the healthcare system,stakeholders are exploring blockchain technology to reduce costs,optimize processes,improve compliance,and leverage medical data to enhance patient health.This paper examines the potential use and development of blockchain technology in healthcare,including storage and sharing of medical information,auxiliary medical supply chain and traceability management,auxiliary medical Internet of Things,clinical applications and medical research,integrated artificial intelligence and big data,and auxiliary prevention and management of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.In the future,big data supplemented by AI technologies could be used as a platform to engage healthcare professionals and organizations,such as doctors,nurses,and biotechnology companies,to support,optimize,accelerate,and promote healthcare systems.
