长链非编码RNA的免疫调节机制及其在支气管哮喘中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 长链非编码RNA在生物体的生命活动中起着重要的调控作用,广泛参与机体的病理生理过程.长链非编码RNA的异常表达,经常发生于一些炎症性疾病,在这类疾病中,可能存在着过度的炎症损伤或免疫应答的失衡.支气管哮喘是一种典型的气道炎症性疾病,免疫应答失衡在其发生发展过程中发挥重要作用.长链非编码RNA可能通过固有免疫及适应性免疫的双重机制,参与哮喘发病机制的调控.该文对长链非编码RNA的免疫炎症调控机制及其在哮喘中的初步研究进展作一综述. Long non-coding RNA plays an important regulatory role in life activities of organisms and is widely involved in the pathological and physiological processes of organisms.Abnormal expression of long noncoding RNA also frequently occurrs in some inflammatory diseases.In these diseases,there may be excessive inflammatory damage,or an imbalance in the immune response.Bronchial asthma is a typical airway inflammatory disease,and the imbalance of immune response plays an essential role in its development.Long non-coding RNA may be involved in the regulation of the pathogenesis of asthma through the dual mechanism of innate and adaptive immunity.This review summarizes the immune-inflammatory regulation mechanism of long non-coding RNA and its preliminary research progresses in asthma.
