摘要
目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪联合抗生素治疗老年重症肺炎, 对患者炎性因子变化的影响.方法 选取我院2015 年1 月~2018 年12 月的162 例老年重症肺炎患者为研究对象, 随机分为观察组与对照组, 各81 例.观察组采用丹参川芎嗪联合抗生素治疗, 对照组采用抗生素治疗, 比较两组患者的动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )、 C反应蛋白 ( CRP) 、白介素6 ( IL-6)、白介素 ( IL -8)、肿瘤坏死因子 α ( TNF -α) 的变化.结果 治疗后观察组患者PaO2 改善水平高于对照组 ( P<0.05).血清CRP、 IL-6、 IL-8、TNF-α水平低于对照组 ( P<0.05) .结论 丹参川芎嗪联合抗生素治疗老年重症肺炎可以改善机体氧合, 促进炎症吸收, 减少炎性介质释放, 缩短病程, 令临床患者获益.
Objective To investigate the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with antibiotics on the in-flammatory factors in older patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 162 older patients with severe pneumonia between January 2015 and December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The ob-servation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with antibiotics,while the control group was treated with antibiotics alone.The levels of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),c-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in blood were measured.Results After treatment,the level of PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with antibiotics can improve the oxygenation,promote the absorption of inflammation,reduce the release of inflammatory mediators,shorten the course of disease in older patient with severe pneumonia.
