聚脲在回龙抽水蓄能电站上水库全库盆防渗工程中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 基喷涂聚脲弹性体技术是一种新型无溶剂、无污染的绿色环保施工技术,已在国内众多水利防渗治理中广泛应用,但在抽水蓄能电站上水库全库盆防渗治理还未有先例.为取得该领域的工程经验,解决相关施工与技术难题,在回龙抽水蓄能电站上水库全库盆与大坝采用防渗性能优异的喷涂聚脲进行防渗处理,全库盆喷涂聚脲面积近10万m2,在全国水库大面积聚脲防渗工程中尚属首例.经过竣工后一年多的检验,获得了远远高于预期防渗治理目标的显著效果,保障了水库安全性与经济性,对抽水蓄能电站水库与大坝防渗治理具有良好的推广应用前景. Spraying polyurea elastomer technology is a new kind of non-solvent、pollution-free green environmental protection construction technology.It has been widely used in many water Conservancy impermeability treatment in China,but there is no precedent for the total reservoir impermeability treatment in pumping storage power station.In order to obtain engineering experience in this field and solve related construction and technical problems,the reservoir reservoir basin and dam of Huilong Pumped Storage Power Station are treated with spray polyurea with excellent impermeability,and the whole reservoir spraying polyurea area is nearly 100000 square meters.The accumulation of urea impermeable layer on the large surface of the reservoir is the first case.After more than a year of inspection after completion,it has achieved a significant effect that is much higher than expected,the safety and economy of the reservoir are guaranteed,and it has a good prospect for the promotion and application of the leakage treatment of reservoirs and dams of pumped storage power stations.
