摘要
随着抽水蓄能电站运行水头的不断提高,厂房结构振动问题日益突出.针对厂房结构较高阶模态振动问题,本文提出了一种厂房结构振动控制的新型调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)装置及减振方案,研究其在简谐激励下不同调谐频率以及质量比对结构振动控制的影响规律,并进行了物理模型验证.结果表明:新型TMD装置在控制结构较高阶模态振动问题有显著效果,附加TMD-3的减振结构顶层和一层峰值加速度衰减率分别达到94.12%和95.55%,随着调谐频率越接近最优控制频率,减振效果越明显;随着质量比增大,TMD的控制效果也随着提高.当质量比较小时,仍有一定的控制效果,表明TMD装置有较好的鲁棒性.为了平衡经济性和实用性,可选取质量比较低且减振效果较好的TMD-4作为替代装置.
With the continuous improvement in the running head of the pumped storage power station,the vibration of the plant structure has become increasingly prominent.Aiming at the higherorder modal vibration of plant structure,this paper proposes a vibration control scheme based on tuned mass damper(TMD),and studies the influence of different tuning frequencies and mass ratios of structural vibration control under harmonic excitation,and physical model validation.The results show that the highfrequency TMD device has obvious effects on the higher-order modal vibration of the control structure.The top-level and one-layer peak acceleration attenuation rate of the additional TMD-3 damping structure are 94.12%and 95.55%,respectively.As the tuning frequency is closer to the optimal control frequency,the damping effect is more obvious;as the mass ratio increases,the control effect also increases.When the quality is relatively small,there is still a certain control effect,indicating that the TMD device has better robustness.In order to balance the economy and practicality,TMD-4 with lower quality and better damping effect can be selected as an alternative device.
