摘要
在稠油生产过程中,注汽系统各环节均存在不同程度的能量损失.为了分析评价注汽系统的用能状况,找出用能薄弱环节,为改善稠油注汽系统的热能利用率提供基础数据、降低热采成本和提高经济效益提供技术支持,开展了稠油生产注汽系统的能耗测试工作,通过对测试数据进行分析找到油田注汽系统用能的薄弱环节,为注汽系统提高用能水平提供理论指导.
In the process of heavy oil production,there is the energy loss in different links of steam injection system.The energy use status of steam injection system was analyzed and evaluated to find out the weak links of energy use,providing basic data for improving the thermal energy utilization rate of heavy oil steam injection system and providing technical support for reducing the cost of thermal recovery and improving economic benefits.The energy consumption test of heavy oil production injection system was carried out.By analyzing the test data,the weak links of the steam injection system were found,which could provide theoretical guidance for the steam injection system to improve the energy use level.
